Why lord Ganesha called Vighnaharta? Who named them Vighnaharta?

 

                              

Everyone in their life has belief and faith in different god and we all know them by different name

Gods gives us courage to conquer fear and overcome the obstacle. We perform different types of prayer 

before the god to make them happy and gives us their blessing. We burn incense as an offering and offer flower and put garland around the neck. offer them different types of Sweets which we called as prasad. Every god gives us relieve from the problem but why we called Ganesha as Vighnaharta.
